Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Director to lead the growth of our international student recruitment operations in Singapore and overseas markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in education administration, institutional coordination, and stakeholder management, with the ability to develop and expand student recruitment pipelines with education institutions and partner organisations.
This role will focus on building partnerships with schools, colleges, and training providers, developing student recruitment channels, and supporting the company’s expansion in the international education sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Business Development & Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to grow international student recruitment volumes across target markets.
• Institutional Partnerships: Establish and manage partnerships with educational institutions, pathway providers, and recruitment agents to generate student applications and enrolments.
• Market Expansion: Identify new recruitment markets and develop entry strategies to expand the company’s international reach.
• Admissions Pipeline Management: Oversee student enquiry-to-enrolment processes, ensuring efficient conversion and compliance with institutional requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships withoverseas partners, education providers, and relevant stakeholders to support sustainable recruitment channels.
• Operational Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications, documentation, and student placement procedures.
• Marketing & Outreach Support: Support recruitmentcampaigns, education fairs, and outreach initiatives to increase brandvisibility and student acquisition.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all recruitmentactivities comply with institutional policies, regulatory requirements, andethical student recruitment standards.
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 8 years of experience in education administration,student services, institutional operations, or related education sector roles.
• Strong experience in coordinating academic or administrative processes withineducation institutions.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across schools, training providers, or education networks.
• Strong understanding of student admissions processes and education pathways.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-drivenenvironment.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management,or related field.
