As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Director to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive company growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, architects, interior designers, and business partners.
• Lead negotiations and manage key customer accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve performance targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of business development or sales management experience.
• Experience in the interior renovation, construction, furniture, or building materials industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage for communication with Chinese-speaking clients and suppliers.
