We partner with organisations across Singapore to help businesses transform their workforce through AI, Cybersecurity, Digital Skills, Leadership Development, and Professional Skills training.
We are expanding our Corporate Division and are looking for driven individuals who enjoy speaking with business leaders, building relationships, and helping companies achieve their workforce transformation goals.
Your Role
As a Workforce Transformation Consultant, you will engage HR leaders, Learning & Development teams, business owners, and senior management to identify training opportunities and recommend suitable workforce development solutions.
This is a consultative B2B role where you will be helping organisations improve employee capabilities while leveraging available government funding support.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective corporate clients through phone calls, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
Schedule and conduct meetings with HR, L&D, Operations, and Management stakeholders.
Understand client business objectives, workforce challenges, and training requirements.
Present workforce transformation strategies and training solutions.
Recommend suitable SkillsFuture-funded programmes and learning pathways.
Prepare proposals and quotations for prospective clients.
Manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Coordinate with internal training and operations teams to ensure smooth programme delivery.
Maintain accurate records within the company CRM system.
Achieve individual and team revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, education, training, banking, insurance, property, or consulting will be advantageous.
