Job Description - Business Development Executive

Job Summary

Ishver International seeks a proactive Business Development Executive to support client acquisition, execute outreach campaigns, and engage prospective customers through events and on-ground activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support business development activities to increase customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing and outreach campaigns, including roadshows and events
  • Engage prospective customers to introduce products and services and generate interest
  • Identify potential leads and support timely follow-up actions to convert opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and communication
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign results for reporting
  • Provide actionable insights and feedback to enhance business development strategies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma, Nitec, or equivalent qualification (preferred but not mandatory)
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage customers and teams
  • Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow professionally
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
