Job Description - Business Development Executive

The Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support our sales and growth efforts. This is a hands-on role where you will help identify new opportunities, engage prospective clients, and support our end-to-end sales process — from first contact to signed deal.

You will get direct exposure to enterprise sales cycles, B2B client conversations, and the fast-moving world of SaaS. If you love talking to people, are curious about business, and want to make a real commercial impact, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

•    Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, and networking events

•    Support lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM maintenance

•    Coordinate and participate in sales meetings, product demos, and client presentations

•    Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and customised sales materials

•    Conduct market and competitor research to surface new business opportunities

•    Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients and industry partners

•    Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams on growth initiatives

•    Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and progress

What We Are Looking For

•    Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

•    Fresh graduates are welcome— we invest in developing talent from the ground up

•    Excellent spoken and written English

•    Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills

•    Self-starter with initiative, curiosity, and a positive, resilient attitude

•    Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment

•    Prior internship or experience in sales, BD, customer service, or consulting is a plus

•    Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous

•    Interest in SaaS, HR technology, or the future of work is a bonus
