Role Overview

Our Business Development Executive plays a coordinating and support role at the centre of the Group's commercial operations. Rather than pure sales hunting, your role is focused on ensuring that business development activities across all three arms run smoothly — from preparing compelling sales and marketing materials, to coordinating meetings, tracking project reviews, and maintaining accurate records of client engagements and pipeline status.

You are highly organised, commercially aware, and able to communicate professionally across the Group's diverse client base — from construction procurement managers and property developers, to sustainability officers and green building consultants, to premium F&B buyers and brand partners for Louvel.

KeyResponsibilities

Sales & Marketing Coordination

•   Prepare, update, and maintain sales decks, company profiles, and product/service presentations for all three business arms

•   Coordinate the production of marketing collaterals, proposals, and quotation packages in collaboration with the director and relevant teams

•   Assist in developing and maintaining the Group's digital presence, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and project portfolio updates

•   Research and identify potential clients, partnerships, and business opportunities across AxisOneDevelopment, Eco-Tech, and Louvel

•   Track competitor activity and market trends relevant to fit-out, sustainability, and luxury lifestyle sectors

Meeting & Client Engagement Coordination

•   Schedule, coordinate, and prepare for client meetings, presentations, and site visits across all three arms

•   Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up action lists

•   Attend client meetings as required and prepare concise minutes and follow-up correspondence

•   Manage the director's business development calendar and coordinate across multiple stakeholder schedules

•   Maintain and update the client contact database and engagement log

Project Review & Pipeline Management

•   Coordinate regular project reviews across active engagements for all three arms, tracking status, key milestones, and outstanding items

•   Maintain a live pipeline tracker covering leads, proposals submitted, follow-ups due, and conversion status

•   Prepare internal status reports and business development summaries for the director's review

•   Follow up on outstanding proposals, client responses, and pending decisions in a timely and professional manner

•   Liaise with the operations and project teams to ensure business commitments made to clients are accurately reflected in project planning

Administrative & Documentation Support

•   Maintain organised filing of all BD-related documents including proposals, presentations, NDAs,LOIs, and client correspondence

•   Assist in preparing Letters of Intent, Memoranda of Understanding, and other BD instruments for director review

•   Coordinate with external consultants, legal advisors, and partners as directed

•   Support the onboarding process for new clients and partners, including preparing welcome packs and introductory materials

•   Handle general BD administrative tasks and ad hoc support to the director as required

Requirements

Qualifications &Experience

•   Preferably a Degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline

•   2–3 years of relevant experience in business development support, sales coordination, or marketing; exposure to construction, sustainability, or lifestyle/luxury sectors is an advantage

•   Proficient in MicrosoftOffice (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); experience with Canva or design tools for sales deck preparation is a plus

•   Experience managing CRM tools, pipeline trackers, or project management platforms is advantageous

Skills & Attributes

•   Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities across different business units simultaneously

•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a bonus

•   Proactive self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and follows through without constant supervision

•   Commercially aware and able to understand the different positioning and client bases of the threeGroup arms — construction/build, green technology, and premium spirits

•   Discreet and professional in handling sensitive business information
