Job Summary :
Working Timing : 9am - 6pm
Working Date : Mon - Fri
Location : Central & West
Build and maintain relationships with businesses, schools, community groups, and strategic partners
Identify and develop new business opportunities and collaboration channels
Generate leads and conduct outreach to potential partners and clients
Follow up consistently with prospects and partnership opportunities
Coordinate meetings and manage business development pipelines
Support recruitment, branding, and outreach campaigns
Plan and execute networking events, workshops, and business activities
Research industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities
Collaborate with leadership to launch and grow new business initiatives
Utilize AI and digital tools to improve productivity and outreach effectiveness
Maintain CRM systems and track business development activities and performance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative
Curious, resourceful, and solution-oriented
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth
Highly organized with excellent follow-up discipline
Comfortable meeting and networking with new people
Experience organizing events or community engagement activities
Internship experience in sales, marketing, recruitment, or business development
Experience creating social media content
Familiarity with CRM software and digital tools
Basic design, presentation, or content creation skills
