Business Support Coordinator (Up to $3000/ Northeast) #HGN

Job Responsibilities

• Execute and manage order processing transaction accurately
• Collaborate effectively with accounts, warehouse and logistics and sales to mitigate outstanding issues for time oder fulfilment or billing
• Retrieve PO and submit invoices on customers' online portal regularly
• Liaise with warehuse and sales for returns from customers
• Issue credit and debit note when applocation
• Other admin duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min N/O/A level
• Min 2-3 years of admin experience
