Our growing company is in need of an experienced Business Support Executive to perform
order processing and fulfilment tasks to improve customer relationships and experiences.
Responsibilities includes responding to customers’ requests and queries promptly. The job
environment is customer centric and service oriented. The individual should be a
communicative, attentive and patient team player who can address customers’ issues
effectively and achieve customer satisfaction
Job Descriptions:
Provide quotations for ad-hoc enquiries
Provide excellent customer service and minimize customer complaints
Monitor the level of collaterals i.e., in-house catalogues, brochures & sample
boards
Assist Head of Sales on costing
Timely log in of Blanket Sales Order into the NAV system and execute order
processing and order fulfilment task
Coordinating on time deliveries between sales, purchasing, warehouse & site
personnel
Check and ensure sufficient inventory for project delivery
Liaising with Credit Controller to release goods for delivery upon special approval
granted
Support Sales Team on their Key account enquiries, activities, order processing,
deliveries and returns of customers’ orders
Assist Head of Sales on Export enquiries
Communication with external customers for cash sales and payments
Provide feedback and suggestions on how to improve processes
Any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
