Business Support Executive

Job Purpose:

Oversee business support tasks in the department. Ensure organizational needs are met and business support tasks are completed promptly.

Responsibilities:

· Provide business support to sales team

· Prepare sales contract & Proforma invoice

· Update Group Inventory List

· Update Crane Library

· Update e-cranes portal

· Prepare marketing material for advertisement

· Screen in-coming e-mails

· Maintain good relationship with existing clients

· Provide quotations to clients and follow up closely with the objective of securing the order

· Build a personalized relationship with all our clients

· Handle clients’ complaints and divert to the relevant personnel to resolve in the fastest ways

· Any other duties as assigned by the management

Qualifications:

· Certificate / Diploma or equivalent

Experience/ Proficiency:

· At least 2 years of relevant experience

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Competency:

· Attentive to details and accuracy

· Planning and organizing skills

· Good time management

· Strong negotiation skills and good communication skills
