BUSINESS SUPPORT EXECUTIVE [INZ-003-06]

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep daily business operations running seamlessly across multiple departments through proactive coordination and workflow management
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and arrange logistics for internal and external engagements professionally and efficiently
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation with accuracy, consistency, and strong attention to detail
• Maintain well-organised digital and physical filing systems to ensure efficient record management and easy retrieval
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to support project coordination, follow-ups, and stakeholder management
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure all deadlines are consistently met across the business
• Assist with data entry, basic financial tracking, procurement documentation, and administrative workflow improvements
• Monitor operational performance and proactively highlight areas for process improvement to enhance overall business efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with digital tools and systems
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
