JOB DESCRIPTION

• Keep business operations flowing seamlessly by providing proactive support across multiple departments and business functions
• Coordinate internal meetings, manage shared calendars, and handle logistics for client-facing and cross-functional engagements
• Prepare accurate reports, business documentation, and operational summaries that support informed management decision-making
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication, timely follow-ups, and professional service delivery
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines — flagging issues early and coordinating solutions before they become problems
• Maintain well-organised records, databases, and filing systems that the business depends on for efficiency and regulatory compliance
• Assist with basic financial tracking, invoice processing, and procurement coordination to support operational and budgetary accuracy
• Contribute ideas and observations that improve workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and make the business smarter and more effective

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; training will be provided
