(CEI) Sales Consultant / Sales Representative / Customer Care Consultant

We give exceptional services to our customers and match them with suitable helpers for their lovely homes. You have only ONE main responsibility - Meet your monthly sales targets!

Duties:

• Timely Respond to customer enquiries

• Timely and Continuiously Conduct Interviews with potential MDWs from overseas training centres.

• Construct Bios on Shortlist suitable MDWs for customer reviews

• Schedule and arrange interviews for customers.

• Handle phone and email enquiries from customers

• Handle after sales services issues for customers and MDWs

If you have a strong desire to succeed, are an enthusiastic learner, and have CEI certification.

Must have skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),

Able to use the computer or willing to learn.

Knowledge of online applications would be useful (Email, Google Drive, Whatsapp Web etc)

Able to work independently and in a team.
