Centre Admin

We're looking for Centre Admins in our Education & Enrichment Centre!

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, email and phone in a prompt and professional manner.

• Provide course recommendations and advise parents and students based on their learning needs.

• Process student registrations and maintain accurate enrolment records.

• Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency and overall centre performance.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with parents and students.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Previous experience in customer service, education, enrichment, administration or centre operations is an advantage.

• Comfortable working across multiple centre locations.
