Provide course recommendations and advise parents and students based on their learning needs.
Process student registrations and maintain accurate enrolment records.
Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency and overall centre performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with parents and students.
Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, education, enrichment, administration or centre operations is an advantage.
Comfortable working across multiple centre locations.
