Centre Manager

Monthly Salary: UP to $3800 (Negotiable)

Working Address: Lentor or Junction 10

Working hours: 5 days work week, including weekends (9am to 6pm)

                             Compulsory to work on both weekends. Fixed off days on weekdays.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents 

• Align with our client’s vision and recommend suitable programs for students

• Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events for customer engagement

• Maintain customer relationships and act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them

• Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharing Sessions, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received

• Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion

• Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research

• Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system

• Relationship manager for our client’s community - track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents

Qualification and Requirements:

• Strong communication and problem solving skills

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills to liaise with parents and internal teams

• Driven, fast learner, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Organized, detail-oriented and ability to manage different projects at once

• Self-motivated and self-driven 

• Meticulous and independent, able to set own priorities with time management to complete projects timely
