Job Description - Client Relations & Administration Officer

We are currently seeking a Client Relations & Administration Officer to join our HQ in Singapore.

YOUR DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES, but not limited to:

Greet and assist guests, clients, and team members with professionalism and warmth

Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries

Receiving, sending, and registering express deliveries, documents, and mail.

Coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendar updates

Keep the front desk area tidy, organized, and presentable at all times

Hand lead ministrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation suchas, travel claims.

Support the team with daily office coordination and operational needs

Collect and prepare staff requests for products as and when required.

Answer the company's main switchboard, handle call transfers, take messages, andrecord basic information.

Assist with meeting room arrangements, tea service, and meeting preparation.

Maintain a clean and orderly office area, upholding the company's overall image.

Assisting with the registration of office supplies, assets, and other daily material requisitions.

Coordinating with building management on office matters

Other Support Duties

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

·       The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

·       - Full GCE ‘N’, or ‘O’ Level certificate or its equivalent

·       - Good communication and inter-personal skills in reception duties.

·       - Good team player with high level of initiative
