Client Relations Executive

About the Role

Ishver International is seeking confident and personable Client Relations Executives to represent leading brands through face-to-face marketing campaigns. In this role, you will build strong customer relationships, create positive brand experiences, and contribute to business growth through direct engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Represent client brands professionally during campaigns and events
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Support customer acquisition initiatives
• Work closely with team members to achieve campaign objectives
• Gather customer insights and market feedback
• Contribute to long-term client satisfaction

Requirements

• Diploma/Nitec or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-based environment
