Job Description - Client Success Executive

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Client Success Executive to support our client relationship management and customer success efforts. You will be the primary point of coordination for onboarding, project delivery, and ongoing client communication— ensuring our enterprise and government clients are set up for success with the JobKred platform.

What You Will Do

•    Support day-to-day communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams

•    Coordinate client onboarding, project timelines, and implementation activities

•    Prepare client-facing reports, presentation materials, and status updates

•    Build and maintain positive relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers

•    Gather client feedback and surface insights to improve service delivery and account health

•    Work closely with operations and product teams to ensure smooth, on-time project delivery

•    Track account activities, milestones, and client health in CRM

•    Support ad-hoc business development, partnership, or operational initiatives as needed

What We Are Looking For

•    Diploma or Degree inBusiness, Communications, Marketing, HR, or related fields

•    Fresh graduates are welcome— no prior account management experience required

•    Excellent spoken and written English

•    Warm, professional interpersonal style with a genuine interest in clients’ success

•    Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and timelines simultaneously

•    Detail-oriented — you take ownership of follow-ups and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

•    Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving client needs

•    Prior internship in customer service, account management, consulting, or coordination is a plus

•    Familiarity with project coordination tools is advantageous

•    Interest in SaaS, HR technology, or workforce development is a bonus
