Job Summary

We are GP clinic in Bishan seeking full-time Clinic Assistant who are caring and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and clearly to patient enquiries via walk-ins and phone to provide accurate information
• Register patients efficiently, collect payments, and issue receipts to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Prepare and dispense prescriptions accurately following doctors’ instructions to ensure patient safety
• Communicate with patients to provide updates and follow up on their care as needed
• Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels and replenishing medicines and consumables to maintain availability
• Maintain clinic tidiness and cleanliness by performing housekeeping tasks regularly
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager to support clinic functions

Required competencies and certifications

• GCE N Level or ITE Certificate holders are welcome to apply
• Ability to work on weekends

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage
• Computer literacy to support administrative tasks
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
