Job Summary
Support daily clinic operations, customer service, content creation, and online sales to ensure a smooth client experience and effective digital marketing for a plant-based skincare practice.
Responsibilities
Customer Service & Front Desk Support
Greet and assist walk-in clients and respond to appointment enquiries to ensure positive client interactions
Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and reminders to optimize scheduling efficiency
Deliver friendly and professional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
Process payments and perform basic cashiering accurately
Maintain a smooth and welcoming client experience throughout visits
Administrative & Operations Support
Perform daily administrative and coordination tasks to support clinic operations
Organize and maintain filing of invoices, receipts, records, and documents for easy retrieval
Conduct stock checks, arrange stock, and monitor inventory levels to support supply management
Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and delivery personnel to ensure timely deliveries
Support data entry and other operational tasks as needed
Content & Social Media Support
Create, film, photograph, and edit engaging content for social media and digital platforms
Assist with TikTok LIVE setup, broadcasts, and related activities to support live marketing efforts
Perform photography, videography, graphic design, and video editing tasks to maintain content quality
Maintain content schedules and assist with social media campaigns to ensure consistent posting
Support ad hoc media, creative, and digital marketing activities to boost brand presence
Online Sales & Fulfilment Support
Check, process, pack, and prepare online sales orders accurately for dispatch
Verify order accuracy before fulfilment to minimize errors
Organize inventory and prepare products for online sales activities
Clinic Operations & Upkeep
Maintain neatness and presentation of reception, treatment rooms, and common areas
Assist in upholding clinic presentation standards and operational readiness
Coordinate towel, linen, and pantry supplies to support clinic needs
Help sustain a clean, calm, and comfortable environment for clients and staff
Equipment & Diagnostic Support
Operate basic skin analysis and diagnostic equipment following training
Assist with preparation and setup for treatments to ensure smooth operations
Handle clinic equipment properly and maintain readiness for use
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum GCE O Level qualification
Prior experience in customer service, administration, content creation, social media, or video editing
Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, video editing applications, or similar software
Comfortable using computers, email, WhatsApp, smartphones, cameras, and basic digital systems
Good spoken and written English
Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese for social media content, live broadcasts, and customer interactions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask calmly
Pleasant communication and customer service skills
Good attention to detail and visual presentation standards
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
