Job description:

San Seng is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Operations & Sales Support Executive to support our sales, customer service, order coordination and product-related operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, sales orders and related documents.
  • Follow up with customers on enquiries, quotations and orders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse and logistics partners.
  • Track order progress from enquiry to delivery.
  • Support the sales team with product information, presentations and customer proposals.
  • Assist with kitchenware, tabletop, hospitality and foodservice product enquiries.
  • Support new product sourcing, catalogue updates and supplier coordination.
  • Participate in special projects, process improvements and business initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports and internal trackers.
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including updating records, handling documentation, preparing quotations and pitch decks if required.
  • Perform other ad hob administrative duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for

We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments and takes pride in delivering excellent customer experiences. 

The ideal candidate:

  • 2–5 years of sales support, customer service, operations or admin experience.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work independently in a stable, hands-on SME environment.
  • Has experience in kitchenware, tabletop, HORECA, hotel supplies, catering equipment, foodservice equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, or hospitality products.
  • Is naturally organised, adaptable, careful with details and good at follow-up.
  • Takes ownership of tasks from start to finish.
  • Enjoys learning about products and understanding customer needs.
  • Is proactive and solutions-focused.
  • Can communicate confidently with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Good command of written and spoken English

Working hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 1pm

*Salary is negotiable, depending on the level of experience
