Communications & Outreach Officer Central & West September 2024 Onwards

Project to start September 2024 onwards

Provide communications outreach (e.g. infographic design, video content creation) via multiple channels (e.g. mobile app, email, intranet webpage, digital display screens, physical posters) for activities, including but not limited to the following:

• Monthly Bazaars.
• Monthly employee-related activities.
• Monthly communications outreach for work near home facilities.
• Monthly communications outreach for IT-related updates/progress.
• Monthly communications updates/progress.
• Outreach for Logistics/Procurement
• Ad hoc communications outreach for MINDEF Principal Offices and Finance related updates/progress.

Assist with the uploading of content on Content Management System. There is a requirement to do ad hoc travelling between the sites

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident
• Diploma in relevant discipline or A-level with minimally one year of relevant working experience
• Strong service excellence mind-set and meticulous to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of multimedia equipment/ software/ applications (for digital content creation) will be advantageous

Location: Central & West (Has to be comfortable working at 3 different locations)
Salary: $2600 -$2800
Duration: 5 years contract (Extendable)
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Hours might be staggered subjected to team lead)
