(CONTRACT- Renewable) Customer Service Agent / Client Support #HCGK

We are looking for contract Customer Service Agent to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.

Job Description:

• Process customer orders and inquiries daily via email, fax, or phone
• Follow up closely with business units on fixed and ad-hoc billing, including generating monthly reports and posting invoices
• Coordinate and communicate sales order status to customers and sales teams
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth deliveries and address any issues promptly
• Manage export shipments for both intercompany and direct overseas customers, including preparation of shipping documents
• Assist in investigating internal and external complaints, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions
• Ensure compliance with hazardous substance regulations, including validation of licenses from customers
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager

Requirement:

• At least a Diploma in any discipline with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Logistics knowledge and understanding import/export preferred.
• Handling chemicals documentations and deliveries.
• Proficient in SAP.
