Contract Sales Operations Executive (Sci MNC) - WEST #HHL

🕒 Mon – Fri, Office Hours
💰 Salary: Up to $4000

Responsibilities:
• Prepare project costings and customer quotations
• Handle order processing and contract review activities
• Coordinate with internal teams on project execution and timelines
• Support project tracking and stakeholder communication
• Suggest process/workflow improvements to improve efficiency

Requirements:
• Min. Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Business
• Min. 2 years of sales operations experience (B2B/technical industry preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM and ERP systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
