Contract UAT Analyst (Bank Payment Operations) at Tampines, up to $4800

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to understand business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and execute UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT testing sessions with end-users and stakeholders.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during UAT.
• Communicate test results and provide feedback to development and SD teams.
• Ensure that all business requirements are met before product release.
• Assist in the preparation of UAT test environments and data.
• Support the resolution of issues and re-test fixes as needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results, and defect logs.
• Participate in continuous improvement of UAT processes and methodologies.

• 1 year contract

Location:

• Tampines

Working Hours:

• 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Salary:

• Up to $4,800

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related disciplines with relevant work experience
• 1–3 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), software testing, quality assurance, or system implementation projects
