Contracts Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting procurement administrative matters with compliance tracking
•  Ensure proper documentation, maintain and update filing system regularly in a detailed and organized manner  
•  Communicate with Project Manager and contract administrator regarding contractual documentation and insurance  
•  Assist and facilitate administrative preparation for quarterly meeting   Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and contract related duties 
•  Track authorization and correspondence 
•  Prepare contract summaries or reports in accordance with company or regulatory requirements   

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records  
• Able to work independently with little supervision and strong attention to detail   Knowledge and ability in the use of computer and software applications (eg. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
•    Ability to use discretion and keep sensitive financial related information confidential   Ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
•    Ability to exercise initiative and liaise with external parties regarding documentation  
•  Good command of verbal and written communication skills
