Coordinator (East)

• Operational Coordination: Act as the main liaison between the company’s technicians and customers, coordinating scheduled pest control services, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely execution of operational works. 

• Administrative Support: Manage daily office tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing work schedules for technicians, maintaining filing systems, and handling correspondence. 

• Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, addressing their concerns promptly and ensuring excellent service experiences. 

• Clerical & Office Support: Handle general clerical duties including answering incoming calls, data entry, filing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks to support office operations. 

• Need to do 24/7 duty on rotational weekly basis

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in office administration, coordination, or similar roles.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.

• Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and office equipment.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer systems.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
