ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Oversee quality control and food safety compliance across outlets and central kitchen operations in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards (SFA, ISO 22000, HACCP).
● Conduct inspections and audits to ensure operational compliance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions for non-conformance.
● Support the maintenance of regulatory licences, certifications, and audit documentation.
● Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to uphold quality, safety, and compliance standards.
● Serve as the key liaison for quality assurance and compliance matters between operations, regulators, and external stakeholders.
● Support sustainability and ESG initiatives, including monitoring compliance indicators and contributing to sustainability reporting.
● Assist in implementing corporate governance, compliance frameworks, and operational policies within the Corporate Affairs function.
● Support Corporate Affairs services including regulatory submissions, compliance documentation, and cross-department coordination for operational governance.
REQUIREMENTS
● Min diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related discipline
● Fresh graduates are welcome, candidate with experience will be an advantage
● Adaptable and able to respond effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
● Detail oriented and meticulous with the ability to work within deadlines
● Able to communicate effectively and professionally
● Able to work independently and as well as in dynamic team
