We are seeking for Corporate Secretarial Assistant to join our team. The responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following:
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Help to maintain a portfolio of clients in Singapore companies.
• Prepare documents for company formation, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients, change of signatories and etc.
• Assisting in drafting and updating of corporate secretarial records.
• Follow compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with ACRA and auditor for statutory audit.
• Other ad-hoc as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum of Diploma in Business Administration/Business Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative/secretary in a similar role.
• Able to work both in a team environment and independently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, detailed and deadline oriented.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required for this position as we need to liaise with clients from Mainland China.
• Prior experience in corporate secretarial work will be advantages but inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• On job training will be provided.
