Corporate Secretarial (Law Firm, Shenton Way)

You will support a diverse portfolio of local clients, ensuring their entities remain compliant with the Singapore Companies Act and other regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, including company incorporations, striking-off processes, and filing of Annual Returns via BizFile
• Maintain and update statutory registers, minute books, and corporate records
• Prepare directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, draft meeting agendas, and record minutes for AGMs and EGMs
• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (KYC) for new client onboarding and ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
• Act as a point of contact for client enquiries, banks, and regulatory bodies such as ACRA and IRAS

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in a corporate secretarial firm or law practice
• Candidates pursuing ICSA/CSIS qualifications will be an advantage
• Proficient in BizFile and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
