Corporate Secretary Executive/ Manager

5 work days, 9am-6pm, Raffles Place, $4000-$6000 (depend on experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Incorporating new companies (private limited, sole proprietorship etc.)
• Transferring corporate secretary appointments for existing companies
• Preparation and drafting of statutory documents (e.g. AGM, EGM, Board Resolution, etc.)
• Other corporate or ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Manager(s)
• Maintaining minutes books and updating records in registers
• Monitoring statutory deadlines

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any field, preferably in Business Administration or Law.
• Good knowledge of Companies Act is preferred
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Singaporean only may applied
