Job Description - Corporate Service Senior Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day corporate administration and operational support.
Coordinate company compliance matters, including statutory filings, licence renewals, and corporate documentation.
Liaise with government agencies, regulatory authorities, banks, insurers, auditors, corporate secretaries, and external vendors.
Support employment-related administrative matters, including onboarding documentation, work pass administration, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Prepare, review, and maintain contracts, corporate correspondence, reports, and internal documentation.
Monitor and maintain company records, policies, and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate procurement, vendor management, office facilities, and asset administration.
Support finance-related administrative functions, including invoice processing, payment coordination, and expense documentation.
Assist management in implementing operational improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and provide administrative support to management when required.
Perform other corporate services and administrative duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Corporate Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate administration, business operations, HR administration, or corporate services.
Good understanding of Singapore corporate compliance requirements.
Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
