Corporate Services Assistant

Responsibilities

You will assist the team in providing a full spectrum of professional corporate secretarial services. This includes setting up, maintenance and dissolution of local and overseas companies, advising clients on various corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters.

Requirements

• Relevant corporate secretarial experience in law firms, corporate secretarial firms or public listed companies.
• Experience in handling companies listed with the SGX, advise on Listing Manual, Catalist Rules of SGX-ST, release of SGX announcements, etc.
• Experience in taking minutes of meetings for Board of Directors' and Shareholders' meetings.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin. (in order to handle queries from English and Mandarin speaking counterparts in regards with the corporate secretarial matters and also to schedule appointments for English and Mandarin speaking clients.)
• A detail-oriented person, motivated by multiple tasks and able to meet deadlines.
• A team player with good interpersonal and writing skills.
