JOB DESCRIPTION

• Be the reliable backbone of the executive team — managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments with precision and care
• Produce and distribute polished business documents, reports, and presentations that reflect the professionalism of the organisation
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with a calm, professional presence — ensuring every enquiry reaches the right person promptly
• Keep the organisation's filing systems immaculate so that important documents, records, and operational materials are always easy to locate
• Collect, organise, and analyse data that fuels smarter reporting and more confident management decision-making
• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and internal reports that teams across the organisation depend on every day
• Safeguard the integrity of company data through regular updates, diligent verification, and a strong eye for accuracy
• Step in as a dependable coordinator on projects and stakeholder requests — ensuring timely delivery and consistently high service standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; training will be provided
