Course Manager (Aviation Industry)

We are seeking a Course Manager to support the School of Aviation Safety and Security in ensuring the smooth planning and delivery of training programmes for both local and international participants.

Job Details:

• Location: East, Changi
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Contract Duration: 6 Months (Potential for extension/conversion)

Job Scope:

• Coordinate end-to-end course administration, including registrations, documentation, travel, and visa arrangements.
• Manage daily course operations by overseeing logistics, classroom setup, attendance tracking, and on-site support.
• Serve as the main point of contact for local and international participants and instructors, handling enquiries and logistical arrangements.
• Process post-course administration, including course evaluations, participant records, and certificate issuance.
• Support administrative and financial activities such as course scheduling, payment processing, claims, expense tracking, and stakeholder coordination.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporeans Only
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Hospitality, Aviation, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in course coordination, training administration, event coordination, or administrative support will be an advantage.
