✨ Be the voice of our company
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and escalations across different channels—always keeping service standards high and customers happy.
🤝 Lead and support our Virtual Assistant team
Train and guide the team to ensure smooth communication between customers and operations.
🧹 Take care of our frontline heroes
Support our cleaning staff by managing schedules, addressing welfare matters, and ensuring they have clear job instructions.
🚀 Improve how we work
Spot gaps in operations and suggest smarter, more efficient ways to improve customer experience and internal processes.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and coordinate scheduling between Virtual Assistants and on-ground cleaners.
đź”§Â Ad-hoc support
Handle any additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Has at least 2 years of customer service experience
Has experience leading or guiding a team
Possesses strong communication, problem-solving, and service recovery skills
Can manage multiple stakeholders (customers, Virtual Assistant, cleaners)
Is familiar with CRM, scheduling, or workforce systems
Is organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
Has an empathetic leadership style and enjoys supporting frontline staff
