Job Description - Customer Relations Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Share/explain the items/works offered under the programme to the Owner/senior via face-to face visit.
  • Obtain Owner’s decision on the works to be carried out after the survey on its feasibility
  • Support Project Manager to contact the Owners to arrange for appointment for works to be carried out within the Properties
  • Support work coordinators to explain to Owners the purpose and extent of the works involved
  • Deal with Owners request regarding the schedule of works and to support Project Manager and/or work coordinator to address Owners’ feedback
  • Man the hotline to answer any enquiries from Owners via phone call
  • Support Project Manager to provide administrative assistance as and when directed by BCA
  • Support Project Manager and/or work coordinator to update/upload relevant information/document onto BCA’s EASE (Privet) Portal promptly
  • Support Project Manager to compile weekly and monthly reports on the schedule and progress of works

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of GCE "A" Level Certificate or at least two years of customer relations work experience in HDB's project.
  • Capable of communicating effectively in English and one other official language preferably.
  • Able to work full shift on Saturdays
