Customer Service Administrator

Job Description

• Provide technical and sales support to the customers.
• Sales order processing.
• Handle customer enquiry and prepare quotation.
• Monitor effectively for sales order, consignment order, shipment ,stock plan and payment.
• Perform follow up activity with customers to ensure needs have been satisfied.
• Enhance and maintain good customer relations in proactive ways.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies, business plan to meet sales targets.
• Compile sales order and monthly report.
• Oversee / perform inventory planning.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Polytechnic Diploma in any Engineering discipline / Sciences / Material Sciences with a least 3 year experience in the similar role.
• Attend to details, efficient follow up skills and customer oriented mindset.
• Good interpersonal , communication and writing skills.
• 5 days work per week
• Working location : Joo Koon (near Joo Koon MRT, Jurong)
