Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Welcome customers with a warm, professional and friendly attitude
Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and social media
Manage appointment bookings and follow-up reminders
Provide excellent front desk and reception support
Maintain outstanding customer service standards
Assist customers with basic service enquiries
Marketing
Create engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok and other platforms
Produce marketing videos including scripting, filming and editing
Design marketing materials using Canva or similar software
Coordinate influencer (KOL) collaborations and promotional campaigns
Monitor competitors and market trends
Support digital marketing campaigns and branding initiatives
Assist with events, promotions and new marketing projects
Administrative Support
Maintain customer records and appointment schedules
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Perform general administrative duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
Friendly, cheerful and customer-oriented
Passionate about social media and digital marketing
Positive, energetic and willing to learn
Organised and able to multitask
Responsible with strong attention to detail
Professional with excellent communication skills
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred (Entry-level candidates with a strong learning attitude are welcome)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Comfortable appearing in videos and creating social media content
Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu or other digital platforms
Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers
Able to understand and communicate in English, as many of our customers are international clients
Immediate Priority Will Be Given To Candidates Who
Can start work immediately
Have customer service experience
Have experience in beauty, wellness, healthcare or aesthetic industries
Have social media content creation experience
Enjoy creating short videos and digital content
