Customer Service Assistant ( 5/6 days week – Jurong East)

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing and delivery.
• Prepare and manage documentation for customer orders, billing, and inventory.
• Generate billing invoices and assist with inventory and order reports.
• Maintain accurate data entry in internal systems (customer and warehouse management).
• Resolve customer issues effectively or escalate when required.
• Support daily operations and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements

• GCE O Level

• competent and familiar with excel tools and functions such as vlookup, pivot tables, formulas and linkages of data points

• independent, proactive and positive attitude

• to provide operations support on need basis when needed

Salary $2000 to $3200 per month,
