Customer Service Assistant Front Desk Admin Assistant (Training Provided)

• Basic $2000 to $3000 + Bonuses
• Working location: Central (walking distance from MRT)
• Working hours: NORMAL WORKING HOURS
• TRAINING PROVIDED

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to assist members with processing enrolment, orders, and some cashier duties
• Data entry and filling
• Handling of email and phone call enquiries
• Assist customer with their fitting and product information (Training will be provided)
• Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to achieve business objectives
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Able to read Traditional Chinese – as to liaise with relevant counterparts
