Job Scopes:

Receive and review customers’ stock forecast

Compile stock forecast by supplier and customer

Prepare customer’s stock forecast report

Attend scheduled meetings as and when is required

Raise alert to customers on indent stock list near to expiry

Input Customer’s monthly forecast, customer’s actual monthly off-take, full-in stocks, supplier’s monthly inbound shipment dates

Timely review FULL-IN stocks, ensure no over-stocking

Requirements:

GCE “A” Level or its equivalent

1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service role and have knowledge in inbound & outbound shipment arrangements

PC literate

Good interpersonal and communication skills
