Job Summary

You will manage customer orders and invoices, respond to enquiries via multiple channels, coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries, and support the sales team with administrative and customer service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and invoices accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth transactions
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp to provide clear and helpful information
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery schedules
• Follow up on delivery schedules and customer requests to maintain customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation for reference and reporting
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer service activities to enhance team efficiency
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support overall business operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Prior customer service or administrative experience is an advantage
• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Exhibit a positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn
