Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with billing, account, and service enquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting service quality standards.
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline.
• Experience in call centre or customer service is an advantage.
