Job Summary

You will support the packaging solutions business by managing sales and delivery orders, coordinating logistics and shipments, ensuring compliance with trade documentation, and facilitating communication between customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Delivery Orders accurately following company SOPs to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners to schedule and track shipments effectively
• Ensure all import/export documentation complies with regulatory and company requirements to avoid shipment delays
• Support the General Manager in coordinating overseas shipments, leveraging Chinese language skills to liaise with suppliers in China (advantageous)
• Communicate clearly and proactively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth order processing

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in shipping and logistics
• Familiarity with international trade processes and documentation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Chinese language proficiency (advantageous for overseas supplier coordination)
• Strong communication skills, patience, and a team-oriented mindset

Salary Range SGD 2800 to 3000
