📞 Handle enquiries via front desk, phone, WhatsApp, and email
💬 Explain our programmes, fees, and policies clearly and confidently
🧾 Manage daily transactions, payments, and basic accounting records
🗂️ Support smooth day-to-day school operations and admin tasks
🤝 Work closely with instructors and teammates to deliver great service
✅ Positive, outgoing personality — you enjoy talking to people
✅ Strong interest in customer service and relationship-building
✅ Clear communicator with good spoken and written English
✅ Responsible, organised, and able to multitask
✅ Team player who can also work independently when needed
✅ Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
🎓 Diploma preferred (customer service a bonus, but any diploma holder welcome)
🌱 Fresh graduates encouraged to apply — training will be provided!
⏰ 6-day work week
🌙 Must work weekday evenings
