As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to deliver excellent customer support and coordinate with our Sales, Technical, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Handle customer orders, quotations, delivery updates, and service requests.
Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Track and follow up on service tickets until completion.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Prepare service reports and update internal systems.
Assist in scheduling product deliveries, installations, and maintenance appointments.
Build strong relationships with customers by providing professional after-sales support.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and problem resolution.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Engineering, IT, or related disciplines.
Minimum 1–3 years of customer service, sales support, or administrative experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience using ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in IoT, engineering, utilities, or technology industries will be an added advantage.
