Job Description:

1.     Provide quality customerservice support to customer over email and phone

2.     Perform Sales OrderManagement for Customers

3.     Download PO from Customerportal

4.     Create Sales Order in Epicorsystem

5.     Prepare POD for CustomerShipment

6.     Extract and tabulate datafor monthly reporting

7.     Ensure proper documentationrecords and filling

8.     Download quotation for OEMparts and Raw Material

9.     Download drawing and BOMfrom Customer website

10. Update price in Costing List

11. Quote management for customers

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in order processing to ensure familiarity with sales order workflows
• Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work diligently
• Proficient in Excel functions including V-lookup, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas to analyze and organize data effectively
