Customer Service Executive

As a Customer Service Executive, your role includes:

• Supporting in all administrative duties related to operations 
• Processing and handling all orders
• Providing excellent customer service and coordinating deliveries, ensuring customers satisfaction is maximised. 
• Handling all customers enquiries and resolving escalating issues in a timely manner 
• Working on rotating shift
• Able to speak and read Chinese
