• Office Location: Geylang Bahru, Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri/Sat 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Monthly Salary: basic up to $3000 + Variable Bonus (VB) + On-duty incentive
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Data Management – Perform accurate data entry and maintain proper records to support efficient operations.

• Customer Enquiry Handling – Answer incoming calls, respond to basic enquiries, and ensure professional communication.

• Information Relay – Record customer details and pass relevant information to the Sales Team for follow‑up.

• Administrative Support – Assist with document handling, office coordination, and general administrative tasks.

• Ad‑hoc Assistance – Carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors to support daily operations.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
